It's time to say "so long" to another year, or "good riddance" depending on your perspective and how the year played out for you. As is tradition for many people when bringing in the New Year, it's time to reflect and perhaps make amends for the forthcoming year.
The problem, however, with New Year's resolutions is that we often fall short after the first month or so and mid-way through the year we';ve all but given up. We're too busy to exercise and get fit, too tired to go out with friends or family and unmotivated to push the envelope and get that promotion. So how do we make our resolutions work? Here are a couple of pointers to keep you on track.
