In our careers we will often seek out new challenges and opportunities. Varying motivational factors will contribute to this decision, whether financial, geographical or other. First impressions arecritical for success. Reflect on your career obstacles, failures and triumphs in the face of adversity. Be honest and modest about yourself and to the point, don't deviate and go off on a tangent.
