(2) What has been the average merit increase for the past two years?（過去2年平均的調薪幅度是多少？）

(3) What kind of incentive plan or bonuses are built into the compensation package?（薪資福利方案包括哪些獎金或紅利計劃？）3.把握機會提出問題。

除了回答面試者所提出的問題之外，通常對方也會給你機會提問。他可能會問說：

(1) Do you have any questions?（你有任何問題要問嗎？）

(2) Are there any questions you would like to ask us?（你有問題要問我們的嗎？）

這時候你可以回答：“Yes, I do have a question.（是的，我有一個問題。）或者，如果你沒有想要問的，就可以直接回答： “No, I think I have all the information I need.（ 沒有，我已經得到需要的資訊。）

另外，面試時你可能沒有聽清楚對方的問題，這時可以要求對方：

(1) I’m sorry, could you repeat the question, please?（可以麻煩你再重複一次剛剛的問題嗎？）

(2) Could you say that again?（麻煩你再說一次好嗎？）

(3) Are you asking about my… (technology background)?（你是說關於我的科技背景嗎？）4.感謝對方給你面試機會。

面試結束時，記得要謝謝對方給你面試的機會，你可以說：

(1) I appreciate the opportunity to talk with you today.（謝謝你讓我有機會與你面談）

(2) Thank you very much for the opportunity you offered me of this interview.（謝謝你給我面試的機會。）

(3) Thanks for taking time today.（謝謝你今天抽空與我面談。）
