如果被詢問你如何抗壓，不要講一堆模棱兩可的話，把別人與工作公不公平都扯搬上台了。問題是問你如何抗壓，就簡單大方的回答。

對方想要聽你除了工作以外，對生活與工作有沒有顧大局的概念。沒有人是完美的，只要是有挑戰的地方，結果一定會有得有失，重點是你需要表達樂觀與積極的態度。

建議用法：

Pressure is a great catalyst. I focus under pressure. To me, pressure at work is analogous to completing my favorite workout. I go through the process one step at a time, and I always have my eyes on the goal.

一般用法：

Five years from now, I see myself as a valuable member in your corporation. I will do my best to fulfill our goals, conquer challenges, and solve all kinds of problems.
五年以後我會成為我成為貴公司的重要的成員，我會盡我所能達到目標，戰勝挑戰，並解決各種問題。
