台灣缺工狀況嚴重，吸引國外人才留在台灣發展是一個重要的策略。其中，國發會希望在2030年留下20萬僑外生在台就業定居。

為監督我國政府對國際人才的就業政策，我們希望進一步了解僑外生在台就業實際現況，將展開【台灣僑外生就業大調查】，邀請曾經在台灣就學、不管有沒有留台就業的所有僑外生參加。本問卷將會保護個人隱私，不會與任何其他方分享資訊。

隸屬於天下雜誌，天下學習《人才永續頻道》於今年6月創立，專注在人才議題的深入報導，期待能提升台灣的人才永續競爭力，讓台灣成為一個吸引全球人才的「人才磁島」。

Dear reader,

Taiwan is facing a serious shortage of talent, and attracting foreign talent to stay and develop is a critical strategy. The National Development Council plans to attract 200,000 foreign students in Taiwan by 2030.

To track the progress of government policies, we are launching a "Taiwan Foreign Student Employment Survey" to gain a deeper understanding of the current situation. Regardless of whether they have stayed in Taiwan, we invite all foreign students who are studying or have studied in Taiwan to take part in the survey. All information collected will be used only for the purpose of this report and will not be shared with any other parties.

Part of the CommonWealth Magazine Group, "Talent Sustainability @CW" is a niche digital media site focused on talent related issues. We aim to increase Taiwan's talent competitiveness, and aspire to help make Taiwan a first choice for talents around the world. 

This survey is part of a comprehensive coverage on foreign students that is scheduled for publication in early 2024 on www.cheers.com.tw/talent.
